A Full Circle Moment: Capturing Hallie & Nick’s Growing Family

There’s something so special about working with couples as they grow through life’s milestones. It’s an honor to be there from the beginning—capturing their love story as they say “I do” and then witnessing that love grow as they create a family together. That’s why when Hallie and Nick asked me to photograph their fall family session in Franklin Indiana, I was over the moon.

I had the privilege of photographing Hallie and Nick’s wedding all the way back in 2018, and seeing them again, now as a family, filled my heart with so much joy. It’s been incredible to watch their journey and to be a part of it.

For their family session, we returned to the charming town of Franklin, Indiana—a place that’s become dear to my heart thanks to the memories I’ve captured there. We met at a beautiful local park, which was the perfect setting for their session. Just like their engagement photos, these family portraits are full of warmth, love, and laughter. You can just feel how much they adore each other in every frame.

Their little family is just too cute—with every giggle, every snuggle, and every candid moment, I could tell how much they cherish their time together. It’s always so special when clients trust me to capture not just one milestone, but many. From their engagement session to their wedding, and now to this sweet family session, it’s a beautiful reminder of why I do what I do.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with them again and to capture this next chapter in their lives. And as their family continues to grow, I can only hope that I’ll be there to photograph even more of their milestones in the future.
