I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the Clore family recently, and their session was everything I love about being a Franklin, Indiana family photographer. When mom first reached out through my contact form to schedule their very first family photo session, her message instantly made me smile. You could just feel the excitement in her words, and that kind of energy is always such a joy to receive!

Originally, we had planned for an earlier date, but Mother Nature had other plans—heavy flooding forced us to reschedule. I always try to be flexible and understanding when weather throws a wrench in things, and the Clore family was so patient through it all. I’m beyond grateful for their flexibility and positivity!

When we finally got to meet up, everything clicked perfectly. The sun peeked out, the setting was just right, and their sweet kiddos were absolute naturals in front of the camera. They giggled, played, and fully embraced the experience of having their pictures taken—it was pure magic. Watching them interact and love on each other reminded me why I’m so passionate about capturing these fleeting moments for families.
