Spring in Indianapolis doesn’t get much better than this! Jenna and Ryan’s Lockerbie Square engagement session was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of downtown, Lockerbie Square is one of my favorite spots for engagement photos—cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and charming ivy-covered brick make it a dream location.

Jenna and Ryan showed up in the perfect spring color palette—soft, pastel neutrals that looked amazing against the timeless backdrop of the neighborhood. From the moment we met, I knew we were in for a fun session! We spent the evening laughing, chatting, and discovering that we’re all big Notre Dame football fans. (Go Irish!) It’s always such a joy getting to know my couples before their wedding day, and these two made it so easy with their shared humor and effortless chemistry.

As golden hour approached, we made our way to Highland Park to soak in the sunset and take in one of the best skyline views in the city. There’s just something about that soft evening light and the Indianapolis skyline that makes for the most romantic photos. Jenna and Ryan’s love for each other was undeniable, and capturing their sweet, candid moments together was an absolute dream.

I can’t wait to celebrate with them this summer at their Indiana Landmarks wedding—it’s going to be incredible! If their engagement session is any indication, their wedding day will be filled with so much joy, laughter, and love.
