Quickbooks Self Employed

GUYS. THIS. I am the worst at keeping track of miles, expenses, etc,. This app does it all for you. My favorite thing is the mile tracker. It works in the background while you’re driving and keeps track of your miles for you. All you have to do is mark it business or personal. You can even set ‘favorites’ or usual locations. For me, I do weekly or biweekly photoshoots/meetings at the same locations so I mark them in my favorites. That way, anytime I visit those addresses it automatically knows I’m working!

Pass Galleries

I love PASS Galleries. I use PASS + Galleries to deliver all of my client galleries, it is so easy. All of my clients can access their images through their own personalized link in which they’re welcomed to share with others. They can then download, share straight to email, Facebook, dropbox, etc,. or send them straight to the printer. PASS even offers an app for both consumers and professionals. I can not recommend them enough! I switched from SmugMug-which in full transparency, was not user friendly and my clients often had trouble downloading their images correctly.
