Over the last three years as a wedding photographer, I have learned many things about weddings and packaging. As I find myself half way through my second year full time, I think I have finally came up with a system that really works for me. I briefly tried different ‘packages’ or ‘tiers’ to my wedding collection, but always found myself in a bind because a few things really stuck out to me. These few things seemed vital or necessary for each couple in their wedding experience.

So, I came up with all inclusive packaging. One package including all of the necessary elements to fit every couple. My All-Inclusive Wedding Package includes the following:

• Consultation
• Complimentary Engagement Session
• Timeline and Day of Planning
• Traditional Full Coverage (Getting Ready-Thirty Minutes open dancing)
• Second Shooter
• Digital Gallery
• Print Release

After careful consideration and a few years experience behind me, I put together this package knowing I wanted all of my wedding clients to have the same experience and seamless wedding process. All of my package contents are very important to me.

Consultation

In order to even receive a proposal from me, I do require a wedding consultation. For local clients, this typically means meeting at a coffee shop. But for destination clients, we FaceTime. I truly value the time I have during the consultation with my clients. I consider my wedding experience to be very hands on and personal, so its important to make sure that we’re a great fit for each other.

Complimentary Engagement Session

I believe engagement sessions are so magical, that I offer them as a complimentary gift to my clients. Why? Because getting to know them, who they are, and what makes them tick is essential for photographing their true selves! I also use this time to get to know their favorite poses so we can rock them out and relax on their wedding day!

Timeline and Day of Planning

I knew early into my wedding professional journey that one of the biggest reasons a day does not flow well or is stressful is a bad timeline. While it seems like wedding days just fall into place, each event and picture is carefully thought out and curated beforehand. After all, if your stressed and crunched for timeline, your pictures will show that.

Traditional Full Coverage

No two weddings are the same, so its safe to assume that no timeline or coverage limit will fit every wedding day. So, I offer Traditional Full Coverage to all of my couples. When we make the timeline, I will decide when I arrive and depart from the wedding. I always arrive during getting ready time and leave after thirty minutes of open dancing. I feel as if this allows for me to get the whole days coverage and tell your story.

*My typical wedding coverage is between 6-8 hours

I can’t be in two places at once, and what better way to maximize efficiency than to get a second angle on everything? Rest assured knowing that two professional creative eyes will capture every moment for you!

Digital Gallery & Print Release

Digital galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks straight to your inbox. Online galleries allow for easy sharing, downloading, and printing. You can download the app and have both your engagement gallery and wedding album at the click of a button. Online storage is available for up to ten years!
