Summer Extended Family Session| Monticello, IN

One of the best parts of being a photographer is getting to capture special moments for the people I love. So when one of my lifelong best friends, Jenna, asked me to take these extended family session photos as a surprise for her mom’s birthday, I was beyond excited to say yes!

Jenna worked tirelessly to plan and coordinate the entire family for a quick session at Altter Nature Park in Monticello, IN. It’s such a beautiful location, and with everyone on board, we had the perfect setting for a heartfelt and memorable shoot. You guys wouldn’t believe we knocked these out in less than fifteen minutes that morning! My job is so easy when your clients and the morning sun are this beautiful.

I couldn’t believe how flawlessly everything came together. From the coordinating outfits to the pure joy that radiated from this amazing family, every detail was picture-perfect. The love and connection between them shone through in every shot, making my job as a photographer an absolute dream.

And the best part? Jenna’s mom was absolutely thrilled with the surprise! Seeing her reaction to the photos made this session even more meaningful. It was an honor to capture these moments for a family so dear to my heart.
